It was awesome reconnecting with Eddie at The Brig, a rad spot with some history in Venice. I first met Eddie back in 2001 while I was working at VANS High Cascade Snowboard Camp at Mount Hood in Oregon. I totally had one of those moments when you realize someone else’s talent & inner drive is just at a whole other level. And sure enough Eddie quickly rose through the ranks in the snowboard world, achieving more than we could have ever imagined way back in the 1990’s jibbing logs out here on the east coast. It was rad to see that same inner drive and his constant ability to put himself out there still guiding him today. He’s out there boxing, doing stunt work, playing music, hosting a new video series for TWS Snowboarding called Eddie’s Wall, skating hard and chilling with his amazing girl. So stoked to have this guy on board, he’s living and breathing our purpose.
