We want to get you the right size and fit so exchanges are on us. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size, send us an email with your name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of product delivery. Please note that products must be in original packaging, unworn, and totally unscathed in order to be exchanged.
We have two options for exchanging your shoes:
Send the shoes back and once we get and inspect them, we will send out your desired size and color.
Place an order now for the shoes you want and once we get your initial order back, we will refund you in full for the first pair you ordered.
NOTE: We recommend this option as it is faster and we have limited quantities. By placing an order now, it helps to guarantee that you will get the shoes you want.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept unworn, unscathed products for a full refund within 10 days of product delivery. Just go to your nearest USPS, FedEx, or UPS and ship whatever you bought back to us with all original packaging intact. Once our team has inspected your returned order to assure we can restock the item(s), we will credit your original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 days for processing all refunds.
