We want to get you the right size and fit so exchanges are on us. Please note that products must be in original packaging, unworn, and totally unscathed (please no pet hair) in order to be exchanged within 10 days of product delivery.
We have 2 options for exchanging product:
Send your order back and once we get and inspect product, we will send out your desired size and color.

Place an order now for the product you want and once we get your initial order back, we will refund you in full for the first order.

NOTE: We recommend option #2 for footwear exchanges as it is faster and we have limited quantities. By placing an order now, it helps to guarantee you get what you want.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept unworn, unscathed products for a refund within 10 days of product delivery. Once our team has inspected your returned order to ensure we can restock the item(s), we will credit your original form of payment. Please allow up to 21 days for processing all refunds. Please note that we charge a $10 restocking fee for returns.

At this time we do not offer free return shipping on orders placed outside of the United States. If you are an international customer and would like to exchange or return a pair of shoes, please contact us at email@example.com.
