Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, send it back within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a refund or to exchange for a different size or better fit. All products you wish to return or exchange must be in their original packaging. Please note that our exchange and return policy does not cover damage caused by improper use.
Once our team has received your returned order, we will credit your original form of payment. We process all returns manually and we ask that you please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Once processed, it can take up to 7 business days for a return credit to appear on your statement.
If you choose to purchase your own return label, please provide our team the with the tracking information so we can process it accordingly.
Please note that surplus and mystery products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We want you to get the right size and fit so exchanges are on us. Just send your shoes back within 30 days from when you received them and we’ll send you the shoe and style of your choice.
International Exchanges and Returns
At this time, we do not offer return shipping on orders placed outside of the United States. If you are an international customer and would like to exchange or return a pair of sneakers, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
