Jay Kelly is a fighter. He’s fighting every day whether he’s in the boxing ring or not. He’s fighting to hang on to the rigorous discipline that he lives his life by. To keep up with his dedicated physical training so he’s able to make sure he’s ready for the next match, which could happen at the drop of a dime. But that type of physical training can weigh down on a person mentally, so Jay’s also fighting to keep up his mental strength.
Is the training working? Well judging by his last fight (knocked the dude out in 45 seconds) it sure looks like it is.
