YORK often features Kayla Mayhew as a model & muse in our product photography. It just so happens that this marketing manager by day is a freelance beauty editor by night for online style blog the Chicest Degree. Kayla & Chicest Degree founder, fashion editor and creative director Chloé Manigo have a serious appreciation for minimalism and masculine femininity. This week, they each curate 3 looks for our Henry.
Check out Chloe's looks:
Wear To Work - Henry Low Black
"As a freelance writer, I am always on the hunt for the most comfortable pair of sneakers to covet. Bouncing around from coffee shop to coffee shop in the fall, I like to wear mock-neck bodysuits from Wolford paired with a slouchy mannish trouser. I’m such a sucker for anything wrinkle-free, oversized and heavily masculine inspired with a minimalist feminine touch. The Henry is sleek and looks great paired with trousers as a substitution for a lace up pointed shoe if you have the luxury of wearing what you want to work, but still want to look polished and professional. Last but not least, don’t forget a leather jacket and a pair of your favorite sunglasses. Both give The Henry a chic sartorial finish and will make all of your coworkers jealous of your outfit. The Henry in black is the most amazing shoe for a freelance writer on the go, because comfort is key! (The YORK Athletics shoe bag makes for a bag to stash your computer, notebooks, and pens!) #justsayin"

On The Go - Henry Mid Bone
"Whenever I’m out and about running errands or have some downtime to brainstorm content for the Chicest Degree, I usually end up wearing a variation of the same thing. Boyfriend jeans, some sort of layering combination, dad hat, and a pair of sneakers. As of late I’ve been extremely obsessed with the Wolford mock neck-body suit and wear it literally every chance I get. This time around I paired it with my favorite boyfriend jeans from Acne Studios and a vintage mesh oversized tank top from Fendi. Arguably hands down best layering piece ever and you’ll see me bopping around town in it a lot this season. (Don’t judge me!) The Henry Mid Bone gives any casual outfit the perfect sporty twist, sartorially speaking."

To The Gym - Henry Mid Bone
"Let’s be honest here people, I’m not one to go to the gym or a fan of cliche gym clothes and accessories. I prefer SoulCycle and The Henry Mid Bone is the most comfortable and stylish shoe to wear before and post spin class. Normally I like to jog to and from SoulCycle as an extra workout and these sneakers give just the right amount of support. Now that the air is much cooler, I paired The Henry with a bralette, silk shorts, YORK Athletics socks, and a denim jacket to spruce up the gym lewk. And in case you’re wondering, I’m that girl to pull up to a spin class with a bold red lip and sunglasses because you never know who you might see."
